  • HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE? 

UK postage is £3.95 per order under £53.00, £7.90 for orders up to £100 and £11.85 on orders up to £150. Our personalised gift boxes are sent out using MyHermes couriers within the UK. Please allow between 3-7 working days for the gift box to be dispatched but we endeavour to do it as quickly as possible. 

The courier will make three attempts at delivery usually over three consecutive days. If no one is in, details of how to organise redelivery will be popped through the letterbox. 

We use Royal Mail international delivery service for all orders going overseas and prices vary according to the country. If your country isn't included within the current delivery selection, please do get in touch and we will arrange delivery with you. 

  •  CAN I RETURN MY PACKAGE?

In accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations set out for all online retailers, you are entitled to cancel your purchase within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, which starts the following day you receive your order. Please contact sarah@box-of-smiles.co.uk and then send your order back to us to Box of Smiles, 38 St. Andrew's Road, Henley-on-Thames OXON RG9 1JB at your own cost and ideally in the original packaging. If the order is damaged or incorrect, we will pay for the postage. 

  • CAN MY DELIVERY BE LEFT IN A SAFE PLACE?

The MyHermes courier can leave your parcel in a 'safe place' (front porch, behind the bins, in a shed etc.) which can be convenient for the recipient but please check with the recipient first. You can select this option at checkout. 

  • HOW DO I SEND SEVERAL DIFFERENT GIFT BOXES TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES?

The easiest way of doing this is to complete a separate order for each different address. Your personal details will be saved after your first order, making subsequent ordering quicker. 

  • CAN A GIFT BOX BE DELIVERED FOR A SPECIFIC DATE OR DISPATCHED QUICKER THAN THE ESTIMATED 3-7 WORKING DAYS?

Yes, simply get in touch at sarah@box-of-smiles.co.uk and confirm your desired date and gift box details. 

  • CAN I COLLECT FROM HENLEY-ON-THAMES? 
Yes. Simply select 'Collect from Henley-on-Thames' within shipping at the checkout and we will be in contact to arrange a suitable collection slot.
